Initiate Your Request
Log into your My Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
